Where do I start. It was about 6 years ago I decided that due to overall hair thinning and loss that the way forward was a hair weft extension. I was missing the volume and fullness to create nice styles and not so much the length. Yes I bought the best with Russian hair. That lasted a few years until I moved onto tapes however I still felt something was missing.
I was put in touch with Jemma from Heaven Lengths recently. I read the reviews, watched the videos and went for consultation.
Jemma talked me through the process and on assessing my hair recommended microline.
To be fair she was spot on even though we all like to think the hair loss is “not that much”.
I had my microline fitted and it has changed my life completely. I have more confidence in how I look and the styles I can achieve now that in the past have not been possible. Jemma is so right that I was missing the volume on the top of my head that has made such a difference to my look and style options.
I can now give my own hair a chance to grow and nourish without the stress of other hair options that in the end only addressed part of the problem.
Thank you so much, your enthusiasm and caring approach to make me understand the reality of the way forward has had such a huge impact already.

After a lengthy search all over the UK, I happened on Jemma O. Love, love, love what Jemma has managed to achieve with my not so good head of hair. This lovely woman knows her stuff and really listens to what you want to achieve. I had a half head of mixed extensions, which look and feel amazing, and a full head of highlights. Honestly the best highlights I’ve had in a long time, and with the extensions, I’ve now got a head of hair to be proud of. Well, what can I say. I think I’ve found my lifelong hair extension specialist and hairdresser!
